I have been interested in some sort of movement or performance based activity since I was a child. Beginning gymnastics at a very young age, I progressed to dabble in many different forms throughout my life from dance of all kinds to show choir, drama, stage combat, stage movement, clowning, pilates and, finally, to yoga. It took me a while to find the style of yoga I really enjoyed, but when I did, I instantly fell in love!
I teach Vinyasa or Flow yoga which has it's basis in Hatha yoga. Vinyasa style literally flows from one pose to another focusing on breathing with the movement. I enjoy adding my own flare to my yoga sequences and encouraging a relaxed and positive atmosphere. I have my 200 hour RYT from YogaFit which also has it's own style of Vinyasa and it's own style of teaching.

With private instruction, allow me to bring yoga into your home or office where I can work more closely with you on your own specific goals and needs. I welcome all levels of student from beginner to those wishing to have more specialized attention during their yoga practice. I will customize a workout to each individual based on the specific goals or focus, whether it be weight loss, flexibility, relaxation, or any other number of benefits yoga offers. Three short workouts for your day:
I have created three unique yoga workouts for an energized morning, a healthy work day, and a relaxing evening. Each workout comes in PDF format, complete with pictures and detailed instructions for each pose. They are designed with the beginner in mind, but should be effective for all levels of yoga practice. The workouts are:
Wake-Up Yoga: Start your day off with some breathing and stretching to get you energized and ready to face the world!
Yoga at Work: We spend most of our day sitting at a desk or behind the wheel of a car, so our body doesn't get a lot of variation. This yoga sequence can help you keep your body in balance and maintain alertness throughout the day.
Restful Yoga: This sequence is great right before bed or to help you wind down after a long and stressful day. Purchase these workouts and start reaping the benefits that even just a touch of yoga practice can bring!
Three short workouts for your day: $7.00 for all three!
